Fascinator and mini-beret

Here's the fascinator I made and wore to my cousins wedding on new years eve. It's simply covered with a few feathers and a butterfly that came with a plant someone gave to us a while back.

My first mini-beret!

From the inside; just a hair clip to hold it in place.

Hope you've all had a nice weekend! Me and Mr. Kitten went for a skiing trip in the caravan this weekend, the plan was to ski on the first day and do slalom on the following but then, in the evening on the first day the heater in the caravan refused to work. And outside (and inside the caravan) it was about - 15. So we spent saturday night driving all the way back home...

A cute mini-beret! Sorry to hear the bad luck with the heater. You have to wait till summer and go hiking or something, when you can guarantee it's warm enough to sleep in the caravan :)

Supersöta huvudbonader! Det gör verkligen så otroligt mycket att det kommer något litet fint ovanpå håret, blir en helt annan känsla i hela outfiten.
Yikes! dock, för fallerande generatorer! Hoppas ni får den att funka igen.

Mrs Munster; Thanks, but I don't think Mr. Kitten is patient enough to wait til summer, he's already trying everything he can to get the heater working...

Erika; Tack, jo gubben jobbar på det...

Ms. B, Darla; Oh, thanks! :)

These are so cute! I don't suppose you have the pattern for the red mini beret? I'd love to make one!

Maggie; Thank you! I'm afraid I made the mini-beret without a pattern...I basically made a round flat piece and when I thought it was a good size, I started taking it in until it looked like a shrunken beret. Hope my instructions are of some use for you, and if you make one, it would be fun to see the result! :)
